Each cottage has full central heating throughout. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob and microwave. The lounges/dining areas have leather suites, smart TV with FreeSat, and Wifi. The bathroom has a "P" bath/shower, shaver point, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Directly outside the properties is a large patio area equipped with individual outdoor furniture. Tiarks has its own private patio with fabulous oak beamed gazebo.  The large, communal and enclosed gardens and children's activity play area are located across the courtyard. Car parking also available.

Self Catering Rates: All inclusive of all power, bed linen and towels (not swimming or hot tub), along with Spa day pass (indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts and gym) and a Somerset goodies welcome pack.
